ISRD Systems, LLC dba ASHS ("we," "our" and/or "us") value the privacy of individuals who use our application, websites, ASHS Button, ASHS network, and related services (altogether "Services"). We provide this privacy policy to explain how we collect, use and share information.
Who This Applies To
This policy applies to any users of our Services, whether you access the Services through your computer, tablet, phone, or any other device. We provide Services which are aimed at persons and businesses located in the United States. Our Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide To Us
a. Support & Communications. When you call, text, email or submit written communications to us, we may receive information about you. For example, we may receive the phone number or email that you use to contact us, your name, and the message that you communicate to us, as well as any other information that you provide during this communication.
b. Installer Registration Information. When you join the ASHS network, you provide us with your first and last name, date of birth, physical address, Social Security number, business license, business insurance information, contractor's license, and we may also collect permitting information, a photo and some other related additional information for your profile.
c.Access To Camera, Photo Library & Microphone. The ASHS registration process, On-Site Services completion and confirmation process, and other related services require us to collect images from your phone or other device's camera, photo library and microphone. For example, you won't be able to upload an image of your insurance confirmation without providing us access to your photo library.
d. Consumer Use Of The ASHS App. If you are a Consumer who uses our ASHS application ("App") on your phone or other device, we do not collect or store any data via the App from Consumers. Please note this only applies to Consumers. We collect and store data pursuant to this privacy policy from Installer via the App.
e. Installer Payment Information. To ensure that Installer get paid, we keep Installer's bank routing numbers, tax forms and other information required for payment.
f. Consumer Payment Information. If you are a Consumer who pays the Installer by paying directly with us (as Nominee Recipient for the Installer), typically for an Out of Scope Service, we process credit card payments through a third party, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Information We Collect From The Installed-Sales EcoSystem™
a. Your Devices & Log Information. We may collect your location data, IP address(es), web browser type(s), mobile operating system, software(s) and hardware(s) types. We will also log information regarding your use of our app and/or website(s), such as the pages you view, the days and times you view content and any actions and/or inactions you take.
b. Installer Location Information. If you are a Installer, we may collect location information when the ASHS app is running in the foreground or background of your mobile or other device. We collect location information when your app is running in the background of your mobile or other device only for three (3) hours prior to an On-Site Service appointment to alert you of traffic conditions between your location and the On-Site Service location and provide you with the appropriate time to depart to the On-Site Service location and desirable route to the On-Site Service location.
c. Consumer Location Information. If you are a Consumer, we do not collect specific location information except as provided from Retailer sites as further discussed below in subsection (e).
d. Out Of Scope Service and Transaction Information. If you purchase Out Of Scope Service(s) from a Installer and we act as Nominee Recipient for the transaction, we may collect information regarding the scope of service(s) you purchased and the Product you originally purchased. We may also collect your name, your physical address, the name of the Installer you use and any other information provided during the transaction.
e. Information From Retailer Sites. We track how many people click on any of our ASHS links or graphics. We also collect order information either directly from the Retailer or from the order confirmation page, including but not limited to the order ID number, product and service code, shipping method, and products eligible for ASHS service. If you purchase a product or products with the ASHS Button, we may collect additional information including but not limited to the product you purchase, purchase price, On-Site Service purchased, your name, physical address, phone number and additional contact information for the On-Site Service of the product. Notwithstanding any restriction in the Retailer's privacy policy, you consent to this collection of information via Retailers' sites.
f. Consumer Reviews. We rely on the profound satisfaction and happiness of Consumers with their On-Site Service experience to remain a competitive technology platform. To measure this, we ask Consumers to rate their experience with their Installer after they receive an On-Site Service.
Information We Collect From Third Parties
a. Background Information. With a Installer's signed consent, we work with an authorized third party to perform background checks on Installer. We receive information on them such as publicly available criminal records, contractors' licenses and physical addresses.
b. Insurance Information. We may verify insurance information Installer provide when they register or update their accounts with ASHS with insurance providers.
c. Partners. We may receive demographic information, payment data and fraud detection records from third party partners that relates to you. We will merge this with the information we have about you.
d. Cookies, Pixel Tags and Similar Technologies. We may use "cookies" and other technologies to facilitate your experience with ASHS. Cookies allow us to recognize your browser and store basic information. If you do not want information collected through cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to automatically decline cookies. We may also use so-called "pixel tags." A pixel tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to site visitors and may be associated with cookies on the visitors' hard drives. Pixel tags allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of our website. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, pixel tags can tell the sender whether and when the email has been opened. Similar to most other websites and Installers, we use these and similar technologies. While you can disable these technologies, please keep in mind that doing so may adversely affect the ways in which we can serve you.
How We Use The Information
a. To Connect Installer and Consumers. We provide the Consumer the Installer's name, business name, Consumer reviews and photo (if provided by the Installer). We provide the Installer with the physical address, phone number, and/or additional contact method information, and first name of the Consumer.
b. Safety And Security. We use data we collect to prevent fraud and help protect the parties using our platform, including Installer and Consumers. This includes confirmation by either the Consumer, via signature, or Installer, via a recorded statement, of completion of an On-Site Service appointment.
c. To Communicate With You. We use your feedback, communications and other data we collect to provide you with relevant emails and updates about On-Site Service appointments, products, Services, Retailers and us. We may also contact you regarding an On-Site Service or notify you if you need to update or add insurance information, background consent information, complete an application, rate a Installer, or take another action.
d. To Make ASHS Better. We use the data we collect to learn how we can better serve Installer and improve their user experience.
e. To Make ASHS Better. We use the data we collect to learn how we can better serve Consumers, Retailers, Distributors and Manufacturers.
f. To Determine Installer's Eligibility. We use the data we collect to determine a Installer's eligibility to provide On-Site Services through our platform.
g. Promotions. We use data we collect to analyze how you use the ASHS. platforms, better understand your preferences, personalize services for you and promote additional uses and registrations.
h. Facilitate And Improve On-Site Services. We use the data we collect to facilitate On-Site Services and improve the On-Site Service experience for all parties.
i. Facilitate Payments. We use the data we collect to facilitate payments from Consumers to Installer and payments for promotional ASHS products.
j. Report to Retailers. We may use the data we collect to report to Retailers how many people click on the ASHS Button on their site and Product pages and provide data analytics comparing Product sales both with the ASHS Button and without the ASHS Button.
Information We Share
a. Installer and Consumers. We share information about Installer with Consumers when we connect them for an On-Site Service. We provide the Consumer the Installer's name, business name, Consumer reviews and photo (if provided by the Installer). We provide the Installer with the physical address, phone number, and/or additional contact method information, and first name of the Consumer.
b. Installers. Some third-party Installers perform services for us. We may share your information with these Installers. This includes all information referenced in this Privacy Policy.
c. Your Communications When You Post To A Forum. We love engaging with you! And we may host forums (for example, message boards, chat functionality, blogs and other services) that allow you to post information and materials. Any information disclosed through these services will become public information and will be available in full to the public.
d. Information That You Consent To Us Sharing. We may share your information that you consent to us sharing, by contract or otherwise.
e. Sale. We may share the data we collect to facilitate the sale of ISRD Systems, LLC assets or corporate restructuring.
f. Insurance. We may share data we collect with our insurance providers to seek insurance coverage for an incident.
g. As Necessary, Legally Required Or For Legal Proceedings. We may share data we collect to investigate Consumer and/or Installer complaints or disputes, to respond to government requests for information where we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with legal process, to comply with law enforcement officials or third parties if we think it is necessary to protect the safety of the ASHS community, or to comply with legal requirements (such as subpoenas).
h. Anonymized Information. We may remove your personal information, and parts of data that identify you individually, and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also merge your information with other information so that it no longer is associated with you personally and share the aggregated information.
How You Can Control Your Information
a. Emails. While you are using ASHS for On-Site Services, we will send you emails related to your On-Site Service, your Workorder(s) and/or your account. We may also send you promotional emails. You may always opt-out of receiving any promotional emails.
b. Preferences. You can control certain access and permissions we have to your phone or other device via your "Settings" feature on the phone or other device. This will include opting out of receiving push notifications. Please note that you may lose functionality (or partial functionality) of the app and/or website if you change your preferences/settings on your phone, computer, tablet or other device.
c. Editing Your Installer Profile. You can login to your ASHS account at any time to review and edit the information that you provide for your account. While we hope you remain active on ASHS until you retire, you can also delete your account by contacting us at mailto:labs@americanstandard.com. While we will comply with your request to delete your account within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, we may retain your information and use it pursuant to this privacy policy for a period of time after your account is deleted. For instance, your information may be needed to pay you for On-Site Services, resolve disputes, assist with an investigation, comply with an existing contract, to learn how we can improve, or as required or permitted by law.
Data Practices, Updates & More
a. Security. We have security measures and tools (such as Firewalls, Digital SSL Certificates, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Database Encryption) in place to help protect your information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you give to us or that we store for you.
b. Your Account. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you should immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us at mailto:labs@americanstandard.com and change the password on your account.
c. Children. ASHS are not directed to, or intended for, individuals under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that we have collected information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems. We encourage parents and guardians to go online with their children.
d. Updates. We may update and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know on the top of this page by noting the changes for one month from the date they are made. If you continue to use the Services, including any products or services of ASHS, after the changes are made, you are agreeing to the new Privacy Policy with the changes that were made.
