Build

The Build phase includes discovery, stakeholder interviews, business-case development, operating model design, configuration of the ISRDS Business System, launch planning, and preparation for market release.

Operate

Once the division is live, ISRDS operates the installed-sales layer. This includes channel execution, sales support, contractor coordination, scheduling, installation execution, customer service, claims recovery, reporting, and governance.

Transfer-Capable

The division is structured with a defined path for the partner to transfer or internalize the capability when strategically appropriate. Long-term ISRDS operation remains available when that is the better business decision.

The ISRDS Business System

The ISRDS Business System combines software, intellectual property, operating methods, workflows, governance structures, and installed-sales domain expertise. It is configured for each partner’s market, brand, channel, and operating requirements.
